Offering handcrafted oven fired New York style pizzas, award winning chicken wings, calzones, garlic knots, parmesan garlic fries, and salads. As well as Vegan and Gluten Free options. Noble Pie Parlor utilizes the highest quality NON GMO locally sourced meats to make our own special recipe italian style sausage, succulent meatballs, fresh sliced cured meats and salumi, and roasted/rotisserie whole chickens for pizzas. We feature a a hand crafted cocktail menu with house made bitters, fresh squeezed juices, an extensive bottled and canned beer list, local and micro draft beers and a handpicked wine list to enjoy with your food.
With highlighted events throughout the week, it is Noble Pie Parlors intention to nourish and develop relationships between arts/music through featured galleries, all ages shows, and its custom DJ booth which will showcase local and guest DJs weekly.
